ACAI BERRY


Acai berries are considered an "energizer" and is listed as the #1 Super Food. Acai berry can be found in juices, yogurts, and sorbets. They are loaded with antioxidants which is the first line of defense for the body.

Freshly harvested, they have a short shelf life and are quickly frozen using a specialized freeze-dried method and also made into powder to be used in a variety of things. They have the appearance of a grape but with less pulp.

Acai berries are great in a smoothie, just toss some in like you would any other fruit that you like in your smoothies. This is a great way to get those much needed antioxidants in your system.
